They say that food is the way to a man's heart. However, food is not the way to my heart for me; rather, food is a necessity. What you eat determines who you are. It benefits your overall health because food provides essential and the majority of nutrition. But, for the time being, let us focus on mental health rather than physical health.

I learned to cook when I was a teenager before I reached the legal drinking age. The first thing I learned to make was a sunny-side-up and scrambled egg. But it's only a dish, so I learned how to cook rice. Rice is a common commodity in Asia, but it is also the primary food of many countries around the world, and rice is used in many of their dishes.

I learned to fry fish and chicken, but I also began to cook soups, chop suey, and spaghetti, and I can now cook Korean and other Oriental dishes in addition to Filipino and Western cuisine.

Because we are always confined to our homes due to the pandemic, cooking has become one of many people's hobbies. It is necessary for us to have fun in order to de-stress from our current situation. But, speaking of health, I make certain that what I cook is sufficient and nutritious, as we require in this time of health crisis.
